Return Policy

At Ipanema Stories, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a flexible return policy.

Returns: You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be in new, unused, and unworn condition with all original tags, hygiene protection and packaging. Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged are not eligible for return.

How to initiate a return: If the return label is not included in the product shipping box, pease email us at hello@ipanemastories.com and provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will then provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.

Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 days of receiving the returned item(s). Note that your credit card company may take a few days to refund you, causing delays to show your refund in your bank statement. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item(s) arrived damaged or defective.

Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above and indicate the item you would like to receive in exchange. We will then process the exchange and ship the new item(s) to you. Please note that exchanges are subject to availability.

Damaged or defective items: If you receive a damaged or defective item please email us at hello@ipanemastories.com within 7 days of delivery with a description and photos of the issue. We will then provide you with a return shipping label and instructions. Once we receive the item(s), we will inspect them and issue a refund or exchange, depending on your preference.

Return shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of damaged or defective items. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping the tracking number for your records.
